2001	Guoxing (China) Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2001.
2003	Zhuhai Junxing Electromechanical Co., Ltd. was established and the KHGEARS brand was founded.
2004	Invest in the production of spur gears, helical gears, worm gears and special sewing machine gears.
2005	Invest in the heat treatment business division and introduce the heat treatment furnaces from IPSEN in Germany.
2008	Invest in the production of small and medium module spiral bevel gears and expand into fields such as yachts, ATVs (All-Terrain Vehicles), and off-road vehicles. Invest in the research, development and production of special rotary hooks for Durkopp sewing machines from Germany.
2009	Invest in the production and sales of powder metallurgy gears, laying a solid foundation for the company's all-round gear development.
2010	Invest in the top-of-the-line P26 gear tooth profile inspection equipment. Cooperate with Taiwan's industry and academia to jointly research and possess the gear modification technology for powder metallurgy gears.
2013	Establish Forcefive Limited in Samoa.
2014	Start to invest in the development of gears for robots and robotic arms, as well as gears and gearboxes for automotive transmissions. Establish Junxing Electromechanical International Co., Ltd. in the Cayman Islands.
2015	Be rated as a high-tech enterprise in Guangdong Province.
2017	The Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province issued the "Engineering Technology Research Center for Harmonic Reducers, the Core Components for Industrial Robots". The Zhuhai Municipal Bureau of Science, Industry and Information Technology and the Zhuhai Municipal Development and Reform Bureau issued the "Zhuhai Industrial Robot Harmonic Reducer Engineering Technology Research and Development Center".
2018	The par value of the capital was changed from US$1 to NT$10, and the share capital was altered to NT$420,000,000.
2019	The parent company of the group was listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (stock code: 4571). Forcefive Limited established a Taiwan branch.
2020	Forcefive Limited invested and established Junxing Electromechanical Co., Ltd. in Taiwan. Invested and established KHGEARS VIETNAM CO., LTD in Vietnam.
2021	Established a research and development center in the Taichung City Precision Machinery Innovation Technology Park The parent company of the group carried out a cash capital increase and issued 5,000,000 new shares.
2022	The first-phase factory building of KHGEARS VIETNAM CO., LTD was completed and put into mass production. The new mid-drive motor was successfully developed and won the "Product Innovation Design Award" at the 2022 Taipei International Cycle Show. The Vietnamese subsidiary, KHGEARS VIETNAM CO., LTD, obtained the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification.
2023	The new-generation mid-drive motor system HD-N70 has been successfully developed. The Vietnamese subsidiary, KHGEARS VIETNAM CO., LTD, obtained the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification.
